- Ceremonies. Coordination of logistics and decoration of your ceremony; advice on religious and civil office requirements.

If you have already contracted the majority of your suppliers , we can help coordinate the following:
- Review of all the contracted services.
- Wedding day Agenda. Description of activities beginning with the ceremony up until the end of the wedding reception.
- Reception lay-out design.
- Supervision of the work of the supplier and vendors as well as help coordinating payments.
- Advice on how to improve or remedy any issues or situations that may arise.
- Advice on hiring complementary suppliers.

Site Inspections
Wedding Site visits: Before choosing a location, we recommend making a visit to the site, so you and any relevant vendors or suppliers are familiar with it for the day of your wedding. We will send you options of locations and sites according to your style and budget, so you can select the perfect one. This service includes:
- Scheduling appointments . (1 to 4 locations).
- Transfer Hotel - site - Hotel.
- Advice on your wedding location.
- Accommodation options for guests (according to budget and site proximity).
Ceremonies
If you only want to have a ceremony, we can coordinate logistics and decoration of your ceremony at the location of your selection.
- Civil Ceremony: Celebrate your ceremony followed by a toast or dine. We will advise you on civil office requirements, for any nationality.
- Catholic Ceremony: We will find the perfect church or chapel and guide you in all procedures and required documentation.
- Mayan Ceremony: Experience an ancient blessing ritual officiated by a Shaman in a magical atmosphere.
- Non-denominational Ceremony: We will help you design a very personalized and creative style your ceremony. The ceremony could be held on the beach or any other place you wish.
